Alexandra Palace Park BioBlitz

Join scientists from the Natural History Museum and local naturalists in an exciting wildlife hunt against the clock.

Help us find as many species as possible within Alexandra Park and take a closer look at the amazing wildlife that can be found in London’s urban spaces.

The Alexandra Palace Park BioBlitz is part of the Springwatch Wild Day Out nature festival. The aim of a BioBlitz is to find as many species as possible within 24 hours.

As well as joining in the species hunt, you can also take part in other nature activities. Learn how to help local wildlife by making a mini-beast hotel, building a bat box, or cooking a feast for the birds. All activities are free and suitable for families.

Just turn up on the day or for more information contact lucy.carter@nhm.ac.uk.
