OPAL Weather Photo Competition - our top ten photos

We had a fantastic response to our OPAL Weather Photo Competition, with more than 600 entries taken all over the UK. Congratulations to our overall winner Sue Sunderland from North Devon. Her photo of farmland in West Buckland won over our judges with its impressive blend of green grass, low-lying mist and distant pollution.

Sue will receive £100 of Amazon vouchers, a subscription to theWeather magazine and a framed mosaic of her winning entry created using all the other entries into the competition.

Take a look at the winning photo and the rest of the judges' top ten in the gallery below. The winning photo mosaic will be added to the gallery as soon as it has been created.
