New recording sheets will enable people to easily record data for large numbers of trees for the OPAL tree health survey.
The electronic version allows you to record tree health data for up to 50 trees using your laptop, tablet or other portable electronic device without needing access to a wifi connection or a mobile internet signal.
Want to survey lots of trees but don’t have an electronic device that you can use? Our printable version of the form will allow you to record the data by hand for up to 30 trees.
The new forms are designed to be used alongside the existing tree health survey guides.
When you’ve completed your survey, you can enter your results online.
Alternatively, just email the electronic form to us or post your printed recording sheets to our Freepost address following the instructions on the forms.
